From the Farm
We grow gourmet mushrooms year-round — pink oyster, golden oyster, blue oyster, king trumpet, and lion’s mane — all cultivated with care right here in the Hudson Valley. Our mushrooms are harvested fresh and available at local farmers markets throughout the season.
For growers, we offer ready-to-fruit mushroom grow kits and premium liquid culture syringes so you can cultivate your own gourmet mushrooms at home. We also grow seasonal crops — tomatoes, peppers, greens, and squash — through a collaboration with Nusra Farms at our satellite location in LaGrange, following organic practices with regenerative techniques like crop rotation and companion planting.
